Design 10 SKU-specific packages that share the same structural foundation but clearly communicate different product capacities.
Our Solution
We created a modular box system with a shared base structure and interchangeable color-coded front panels. Each capacity is assigned a unique color that appears on the box, hang tab, and spec panel.
Results
The color-coded system improved retail staff product identification by 80%. The modular design reduced tooling costs by 65% compared to 10 unique designs.
