Our Solution
We used molded pulp trays for product protection and a custom-fit corrugated outer box with a magnetic closure. The design eliminated all plastic inserts while maintaining structural integrity.
Results
The client achieved their zero-plastic sustainability goal. The packaging was shortlisted for a 2024 sustainable packaging design award.
